NHS Couch to 5K is a 9 week guide to help you start running and run 5km without stopping. It lets you:

  • Choose a coach to help guide you during your run.
  • Play music while you run and listen to your coach at the same time.
  • The app can connect you with a community of runners that are also using the app.
  • After 9 weeks of using the app, you may be able to run 5km without stopping.
